- Who we are (registered name + trading name)
The Website is operated by Three Degrees Health (the “Company”), a business licensed/registered in ANZ Freezone
The Company trades under the brand name 3Degrees Health / 3 Degrees Health (“3DH”). In these Terms, “3DH”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Three Degrees Health and its trading names.

- Definitions
- Client: any person using the Website or engaging 3DH services.
- Patient: the individual receiving healthcare services (may be the Client or someone represented by the Client).
- Third-Party Provider(s): independent hospitals, clinics, physicians, labs, pharmacies, airlines, hotels, transport providers, translators, caregivers, and other third parties.
- What 3DH does (and does not do)
3DH provides care coordination and facilitation services only. This may include introductions to providers, appointment coordination, document collation/transfer at your request, and optional concierge/logistics support if selected.
3DH is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services. Nothing on this Website creates a doctor–patient relationship.
- Medical disclaimer and emergencies
Website content is general information only and not medical advice. Always consult licensed clinicians for medical decisions. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
- Third-Party Providers are independent (no agency / no responsibility)
Third-Party Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of 3DH. 3DH does not control and is not responsible for any Third-Party Provider’s acts/omissions, clinical decisions, advice, treatment, outcomes, availability, pricing, or policies. Any medical treatment is solely between you/the Patient and the Third-Party Provider.
- Your responsibilities and authority to act
You agree to provide accurate, complete, up-to-date information and promptly update changes.
If you act for a Patient, you confirm you have lawful authority and consent to (i) share the Patient’s information, and (ii) request services and make arrangements on the Patient’s behalf. You are responsible for ensuring the Patient has received and understood any relevant provider consents/terms.
- No guarantee
3DH does not guarantee appointment availability, waiting times, prices, visa approvals, travel outcomes, or medical outcomes.
- Fees and payments
Fees for 3DH facilitation services (if applicable) will be confirmed in writing (proposal/email/invoice). Third-Party Provider fees are separate unless explicitly included.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors and their terms will apply.
- Cancellations and refunds
Your cancellations/refunds are governed by the Fees, Cancellations & Refunds Policy at /fees-refunds, which forms part of these Terms.
- Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website, upload malware, attempt to disrupt services, scrape content for commercial use, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
- Intellectual property
All Website content (text, branding, logos, visuals, layout) is owned by or licensed to 3DH. Personal use only unless you obtain written permission.
- Assumption of risk; release and waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge medical travel/healthcare and related logistics involve risk (unexpected outcomes, complications, delays, cancellations, and financial loss). You assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and waive claims against 3DH arising from or relating to Third-Party Provider services/outcomes, including clinical decisions, treatment, malpractice/negligence, delays, cancellations, or failures.
- Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
- Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- 3DH is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or moral damages; loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data.
- 3DH is not liable for losses caused by Third-Party Providers or travel/logistics issues (visas, flights, accommodation, transport).
- 3DH’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the facilitation fees paid to 3DH for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law (e.g., fraud or willful misconduct).
- Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3DH (Three Degrees Health), its founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- your breach of these Terms or applicable law;
- inaccurate/misleading/unlawful information you provide;
- your use of the Website;
- Third-Party Provider disputes, treatment outcomes, malpractice/negligence claims, cancellations, or price changes;
- any claim arising because you lacked authority/consent to act for a Patient or to share their data;
- chargebacks or non-payment disputes connected to your actions.
- Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (government actions, strikes, epidemics, provider shutdowns, travel disruptions, outages).
- Changes
We may update these Terms and/or the Website at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
- Governing law and jurisdiction (Ajman, UAE)
These Terms are governed by UAE laws as applicable. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
