This policy applies to fees paid to 3DH (Three Degrees Health) for facilitation services. Third-party fees (hospitals, airlines, hotels, etc.) follow their own policies.

Fees and scope are confirmed in writing (proposal/email/invoice).

General rule (non-refundable once work begins): Unless otherwise stated on your invoice or written agreement, 3DH fees are non-refundable

Cancellation / refund discretion: In accordance with the terms stated on the relevant invoice or written agreement.

Third-party cancellations: Any penalties or non-refundable amounts charged by third parties (hospitals, airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.) are your responsibility, unless 3DH expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
